By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Scanveil, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. About Scanveil

Scanveil is a QR code scanning and information management app. It may allow users to scan QR codes, scan QR codes from images, view decoded information, save history, mark favourites, export content, and optionally use account, backup, and synchronization features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing decoded QR code content before opening, copying, saving, sharing, or acting on it. QR codes may contain unsafe, misleading, outdated, or malicious content.

4. Third-Party Content

Scanveil does not control websites, apps, phone numbers, map links, Wi-Fi networks, files, or other third-party resources that may be referenced by QR codes.

5. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

6. Cloud Backup and Restore

Backup and restore features may depend on network availability, cloud service availability, account status, and app compatibility. Scanveil does not guarantee that backups or restores will always succeed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Scanveil for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Scanveil, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by its developer or licensed to the developer.

9. Disclaimer

Scanveil is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that QR detection, classification, synchronization, backup, restore, or third-party actions will always be accurate, safe, complete, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scanveil and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Scanveil after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
